Turn RPG Maker MZ into a Mario-style side-scroller studio.
ROLE OF THIS PLUGIN
MZ is a top-down, grid RPG engine. This plugin adds (1) its own platformer
physics (gravity, jumping, AABB collision) and (2) a custom in-game
drag-n-drop editor. Everything runs at game-time — it does NOT modify the
MZ desktop editor.
QUICK START
1. Put your ground/decor art in a normal MZ tileset (Database > Tilesets).
Any B/C/D/E page works; A-pages (autotiles) are supported as flat tiles.
2. Add this plugin. Set "Default Tileset ID" to that tileset.
3. In a map, press the Editor Hotkey (default F10) — or use the Plugin
Command "Open Editor". Build a level, hit Test Play.
