Factions autonomously fight over territories that you paint onto ONE world
map using Region IDs (the tileset "R" tool). Ownership shifts over time,
producing living, moving borders. The player can watch, tip battles, capture
regions, and join a faction.

QUICK START

1. Paint Region IDs (1-255) onto your world map where you want territories.
Each distinct Region ID = one territory.
2. In this plugin's parameters, define your Factions (3-4 recommended) and
your Regions. For each Region, set its Region ID, starting owner, income,
defense, and which Regio
