CasinoCore.js — Foundation for casino minigames

This plugin does NOT add any playable game by itself. It is the shared layer
that every minigame plugin (CasinoBlackjack.js, CasinoPoker.js, etc.) sits on
top of. It gives you:
• A chip economy backed by a Game Variable, with a safe API.
• A casino hub menu that auto-lists every registered game.
• Scene_CasinoGameBase — the parent class your minigames extend.
• Shared helpers: 52-card Deck, dice rolls, RNG, and casino SE.
• A cashier for exchanging gold <-> chips.
• Persistent, cross-save records (high scores / stats) per game.
