WHAT IT DOES

This plugin adds a "Cash Shop" scene with two kinds of purchases:
1) SHOP ITEMS - Bought with a PREMIUM CURRENCY (default name: "Gems").
Each entry points at a database Item / Weapon / Armor by
ID and grants it to the party. This is 100% in-game and
involves NO real money.
2) CURRENCY PACKS - Bought with REAL MONEY to grant the player Gems.
